Registration
To enroll in any of our program, please fill our registration form. The registration form can be filled out on-line, printed and faxed or mailed along with a payment. Please make checks payable to Qualedi, Inc.
We accept charge cards. Full payment is required in advance for all classes.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes in order to adjust for enrollment. The minimum number of participants needed to establish a class is six. If Qualedi, Inc. cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, registered participants will be informed and given the opportunity to register for another class. If participants do not want to transfer, a full refund will be given.
