Onsite and Remote Training
Qualedi offers training sessions for new users in three different ways. We can link up with new users remotely utilizing a computer combined with a phone conversation. We can send a trainer for an on-site training session or we can conduct a live training session in our conference room at our Company
headquarters. In addition, our training can be done for one person or in groups, as requested.
Operations analysis
Qualedi is capable of working with customers in helping them determine how an EDI solution can free up work bottlenecks that occur from processing too much paperwork.
Integration (mapping)
Once the right EDI software solution is chosen, Qualedi can provide valuable mapping and integration assistance that will allow information to seamlessly flow from EDI to important operational systems such as accounting.
